This move significantly expands Segra's nursery capacity and enhances its capabilities in delivering premium-quality cannabis genetics and tissue-culture plants worldwide.

Klonetics brings a substantial 27,500-square-foot facility featuring robust cultivation and cloning infrastructure, enhancing Segra’s capacity to meet growing global demand. Following thorough facility diligence—including pathogen testing and DNA fingerprinting—corrective actions and substantial upgrades have been implemented, ensuring top-tier plant health, biosecurity, and product quality standards.

The acquisition allows Segra to provide an even broader genetic portfolio to cultivators, offering a wider selection of validated and characterized cannabis genetics tailored to evolving market demands. The integration will also leverage Klonetics' five vertical flower rooms, capable of producing approximately 3,500 kilograms of flower annually, significantly strengthening Segra's ability to conduct cultivar characterization, performance validation, and market research.
